顺丰速运总裁王卫：个别快递员的确月薪高

120亿的销售规模、10万名员工、两架757飞机、每天200多万票业务·····

这一连串的数据皆来自我国第二大快递公司顺丰速运，但是这个庞大航母的掌舵人王卫在顺丰成长的18年间从未出现在媒体的聚光灯下。不过近日，笔者有幸一睹其尊容。他表示，未来现金流、信息流、物流“三流”的结合将是企业想走的方向，在物流业做大之后，顺丰将在电子商务和金融业务上开疆辟壤。

昔日港商到穗设厂催生顺丰雏形

广州日报顺丰去年实现120亿的销售，行业地位仅次于EMS，能否讲述一下你的创业史？

王卫我初在顺德做印染，把样品寄到香港给客户看很困难，要较长时间，我还试过在码头边求人帮忙捎样品到香港。那时很多香港人都在广东设厂，都有这方面的需求。我想，为何不自己做快递呢？于是，我就和人联手在顺德创立了顺丰速运，背着背包、拉着拉杆箱每天奔波于香港和广东两地。

现在个别快递员的确元

广州日报目前网购给很多快递企业带来巨量订单，很多企业都在争夺，但顺丰反而对网购市场非常淡定，你不觉得会被对手超越吗？

王卫我们以商业客户为主，每天来自网购的业务只有几千票，而顺丰每天的业务量是200多万票。

今年春节前，顺丰快递员月实现目标1.5万元的帖子在网上引起热议，这是事实，我们个别快递员的实现目标确实有这么高，多劳多得是我们给一线快递员的一贯做法。

未来

融合电子商务是方向

广州日报现在电子商务正在跟快递紧密融合，顺丰是否也要分一杯羹？

王卫目前的物流业在高速成长而又细分的关键时期。现金流、信息流和物流将是每个企业都想走的方向，也是顺丰将要开拓的方向。

广州日报不少民营企业都想上市，顺丰有没有这方面的计划？

王卫不少上市企业是为了融资和企业名声，但上市对顺丰来讲目前还不太适合。

低调王卫并不神秘

关于王卫，记者早有耳闻，心想他这么低调，一定是个成熟稳重、不苟言笑的主儿。但记者和王卫的交流非常轻松，敏感的话题、家庭环境、子女情况他都毫无顾忌，但是采访之后他仍旧请媒体不要拍照，恢复了低调做派。

有人说，的马云，商城的刘强东和王卫，未来将成为电子商务与快递融合后的三足鼎立。相对于前两位，王卫的出镜率几乎为零，但接下来的电子商务时代里，将会有王卫的大名。
